Liberty Students Maggie H., Camelia C., Alaina C., and Luke P.,
participated in the Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown
Solder at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC. Liberty 8th

National Marine Corps Museum and George Washington's Mount Vernon home
were visited on the drive up to Washington, DC and on the drive back,
the Steven J. Udvar-Hazy Museum, the American Civil War Museum, the
Confederate White House, and Tredegar Site were also visited. It was a memorable trip for students and teachers alike!
Starting Thursday, March 2 through March 8 from 4-6. Artists reception at the old Jailhouse gallery downtown (the colorful building on the same block as the courthouse). Stop by on your way home in the afternoon and see 40 of our student's work on display along side the other middle schools in the county. We have some exceptional work hanging. The best in the county!
